Karma have produced their lightest wheelchair yet without compromising the strength and durability you would expect from a Karma product. Every part of the Ergo Lite has been streamlined to reduce weight but it still retains the double cross brace underneath the seat which ensures the wheelchair is also sturdy.
The Ergo Lite weighs just 8.3kg (17lbs) complete and Karma believe that it is the lightest transit wheelchair available on the market today. It also features Karma's patented S-Ergo seating system which provides pressure relief and helps to prevent the user sliding down the seat. The chair is designed to fold up compact for storage and has rachet attendant handbrakes thus allowing the attendant to control braking. The wheelchair is ideal for users who require a lightweight compact wheelchair that does not compromise on comfort or build quality.
