The Z-Tec Lite transit wheelchair is a great looking but practical wheelchair packed with features. The wheelchair has been designed to be compact, lightweight and practical making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. With its ultra lightweight construction and compact size when folded, it allows for easy storage and transportation.
The Lite is unique in this range as it has height adjustable armrests allowing for greater user comfort and then can be pushed down fully allowing the wheelchair to be used with tables and desks. It has maintenance free puncture proof rear tyres, with main locking brakes and additional attendant handbrakes for convenience. It has the newly designed 'flared out' attendant handles allowing for more stable maneuverability and a more compact size when folded down.
Although defined as a ultra light wheelchair, the strength and durability has not been compromised, design features such as the fabric side skirts reduce the overall weight without affecting usability or wheelchair strength.
This wheelchair offers features that make it ideal for users who require a lightweight occasional use wheelchair for shopping trips, hospital use, garden centres, holidays and much more.
