| | | Delivery Service and Charges Summary | |
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 within the UK Mainland*. For standard delivery on orders under £50 there will be a £3.50 delivery charge.
=> Royal Mail (1-3 working days) - delivery for smaller to medium sized items less than 2kg.
=> Courier Service (1-2 working days) - delivery for medium to larger items over 2kg.
We aim to despatch in stock orders placed before 1pm** the same day, orders placed after this time will normally be despatched the following working day.
Royal Mail Delivery
Standard delivery time for smaller items delivered via Royal Mail is normally within 1-3 working days (please note this is a standard service and delivery may take upto 10 working days).
Courier Delivery
Standard delivery time for larger items delivered courier and is normally within 1-2 working days (excludes Saturday delivery) and 2-3 working days for Scottish Highlands and UK Isles.
An upgraded courier service is available for smaller items at a charge of £6.50 for signed deliveries within 1-2 working days.
A signature will be required on delivery unless otherwise requested for the order to be left in a secure area or with a neighbour. Please note any such requests would be at the customers own risk. If the courier cannot deliver the item because no one is home to receive the order, they will leave a card with their contact details to arrange a more convenient redelivery or collection. If the courier receives no contact from you after a period of approximately 10 working days, they will return the package to us. This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred for redelivery.
If an item is out of stock and we are not able to despatch within 5 working days we will inform you directly.
Currently we only ship to addresses within the UK.
* Deliveries to some Scottish Highland postcodes, Northern Ireland and UK Isles are subject to a delivery surcharge, please contact us to obtain a delivery quote.
