| | Why have you got prices excluding VAT in bold and not highlighted the prices including VAT? | | | After much feedback and consideration we display the prices that exclude VAT in bold because the majority of our customers are eligible for VAT exemption and thus find the pricing format easier to understand. Some of our customers and products however are not exempt from VAT, and thus we also display the prices including VAT. All our RRP prices are excluding VAT. | |
| | I have filled in a VAT Exemption form but it stills shows VAT in the shopping cart? | | | If you have filled in a VAT exemption form, when you go through the shopping cart process, just after filling in your address details you will be asked to tick a box to say that you have filled in an exemption form. Once ticked and you proceed through the checkout process the VAT will automatically be taken off. | |
