Is ordering online safe?
Yes, We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet.
How do I check the size and power of my hearing aid receiver?
Simply remove the dome and check the number which indicates the size and the letter or db number indicates the power output.
How do I know which is the right or left receiver?
The right receiver has a red marking and the left receiver has a blue marking.
How do I know the size of my hearing aid dome?
Measure your existing domes from left to right 5-6mm is small, 7-8mm is medium and 9-11 are large domes.
Can I add to my order once it has been ordered?
Providing the order has not been fulfilled, yes you can add to your order and save on new shipping costs.
We endeavour to process orders as soon as they are received. However, please allow up to 14 working days for the delivery of your item. We will attempt to keep you informed of any delays.
How long do hearing aid batteries last?
On average a hearing aid battery lasts around 7 days, however this can be reduced if time is spent streaming to another device such as a phone or television.
